Driver education instructor courses and certification

The state education department must run approved courses for people who want to teach driver education. Anyone who finishes one of these courses successfully gets certified as an instructor.

(a) The department shall be responsible for conducting approved courses for instructors in driver education and training. (b) The department shall certify any person who satisfactorily completes a course for instructors in driver education and training as provided in subsection (a).
