The Department of Education must give free menstrual products to all students on every public school campus. This includes pads and tampons, and covers both regular public schools and public charter schools.

(b) For the purposes of this section: "Menstrual products" includes but is not limited to disposable menstrual pads and tampons. "Public school campuses" includes all department of education schools and all public charter schools.
