Teachers with tuberculosis cannot teach

A person who has tuberculosis cannot teach in a public school while they have the disease. This rule applies only while the person is sick with tuberculosis.

No person who has contracted tuberculosis, while afflicted with the disease, may be allowed to teach in any public school.
