Nursing center advisory board's powers and duties

The advisory board for the center for nursing shall have the powers and duty to: (1) Elect a chairperson; (2) Establish committees of the board as needed; (3) Seek input from individuals and community groups interested in the issue of nursing shortages; (4) Implement the major functions of the center for nursing; and (5) Seek and accept nonstate funds for carrying out the mission of the center for nursing.
