University of Hawaii graduate application revolving fund

This section creates a special fund for handling graduate school applications at the University of Hawaii. The Board of Regents can set fees for processing applications. Money from those fees goes into the fund and is used only to pay for processing graduate program applications.

The statute, as written — University of Hawaii graduate application revolving fund

There is established the University of Hawaii graduate application revolving fund for graduate program application processing. The board of regents may establish appropriate charges for application processing. The revenues from the charges shall be deposited into this revolving fund and shall be used to pay the costs of processing applications to all graduate programs.
