Authority to issue revenue bonds for parking and facilities

The University of Hawaii's Board of Regents can sell revenue bonds to raise money for building parking structures or other facilities. The bonds are issued under a specific part of the law. This section only gives that permission.

The board of regents is authorized to issue sufficient amounts of revenue bonds pursuant to [subpart D] for the purpose of providing adequate parking structures or other facilities.
