University projects and bonds are tax-free

The revenue of the university and the property of any university project, university system, or network shall be exempt from all taxation and assessments by the State or any county or other political subdivision thereof. Revenue bonds issued under this subpart and all income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by the State or any county or other political subdivision thereof, except inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes.
