Annual report on revenue bonds
This section requires the University of Hawaii to send the legislature a yearly report about revenue bonds it issued under this part. The report must be sent before each regular session and must summarize bonds from the previous fiscal year.

The University of Hawaii shall submit a report to the legislature, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, of all revenue bonds issued pursuant to this subpart. The report shall provide a summary of all revenue bonds issued pursuant to this subpart during the preceding fiscal year.
