Research corporation must send yearly report to leaders

The research corporation shall submit an annual report to the governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives. The report shall include but not be limited to the corporation's audited financial statement, total amount of payroll and other disbursements made, and progress and accomplishments made during the year.
