Who owns patents and other research results

This section says that any patents, copyrights, inventions, discoveries, or similar rights created through the research corporation's work belong to the corporation. The board of directors can set rules about these rights. It does not cover anything else.

Any patents, copyrights, inventions, discoveries, or other rights arising from research corporation activities shall belong to the research corporation and shall be subject to such policies or rules as the board of directors may adopt.
