Protection from lawsuits for child death reviewers

People and agencies that review child deaths under this law cannot be sued or charged with a crime for giving the information the law requires. This protection only covers the required information sharing.

All agencies and individuals participating in the review of child deaths pursuant to this part shall not be held civilly or criminally liable for providing the information required under this part.
