HRS §321-442
Emergency stockpile rules and exemptions
This section lets the state health director keep an emergency stockpile ready for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive events. The director can make rules, give grants, and buy supplies. When preparing for or responding to such an event, the director and department do not have to follow certain pharmacy and licensing laws.
