Who can get services under this part

This part only helps people 21 or younger who cannot pay for the services themselves, or whose parents or guardians cannot pay. The health department decides who gets accepted for these services.

The statute, as written — Application of part

The services provided by this part shall be for the benefit of and apply only to persons not over twenty-one years of age, who or whose estate, or whose parents or guardians are without sufficient means to pay for the services. The department of health shall have the final administrative authority in determining the acceptance of cases for the care and services provided in this part.
