Public hearings required for health plan changes

Before the state health plan or its amendments are finalized, the state agency and the statewide council must hold a public hearing. They must follow the notice rules in chapters 91 and 92. This section only sets the hearing requirement.

In the preparation of the state health services and facilities plan or amendments to the state health services and facilities plan, the state agency and the statewide council shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed plan or the amendments and shall comply with the provisions for notice of public hearings in chapters 91 and 92.
