Health facilities must report to the state agency when asked

This section says that any health facility or business regulated under this part must give the state agency information it needs to carry out the chapter's purposes. The statute, as written — Periodic reports from health facilities

Any health facility or business subject to regulation under this part shall, at the request of the state agency, supply such information to the state agency as is necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including but not limited to: (1) Periodic reports from holders of certificates of need respecting the development of the proposals for which certificates have been issued, (2) Master plans, feasibility studies, and other long-range plans and studies, (3) Financial information, and (4) Utilization information.
