State program to fund immunizations for everyone

The statute, as written — Universal immunization funding program; established

(a) There is established within the department the universal immunization funding program for the purpose of providing immunizations to individuals in the State. (b) The department may contract with other entities for any services needed to carry out the purposes of this part.
