No lawsuits against the department for immunization program actions

This section protects the health department, its contractors, and its employees from being sued for anything they do or fail to do while running the universal immunization purchase program. It does not protect the entities that are assessed fees under this part.

Apart from liabilities of assessed entities pursuant to this part, there shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action against the department, its independent contractors, or its employees for any action or omission in the course of operating the universal immunization purchase program.
