HRS §325-139

No extra charges for state-supplied immunizations

This section says that the state's immunization program does not change what providers are paid for giving shots. Providers cannot bill anyone for vaccines the state gave them for free. It only covers billing, not other rules.

The statute, as written — Immunization cost reimbursement to providers; limits

This part shall have no impact on amounts paid to providers to administer immunizations. No provider may bill any assessed entity or any other person for any immunizations supplied at no cost by the State.
