Health department must give public notice before exams

The health department decides when and where to hold certain examinations anywhere in the state. Before holding them, it must tell the public the time and place. This section only covers the notice requirement.

The department of health shall conduct such examinations at such places throughout the State as it deems advisable after the giving of a public notice of the time and place the examinations are to be held.
