HRS §326-37

Sheriff's duties in Kalawao County

This section says the Kalawao County sheriff must keep the peace, arrest people who try to commit or commit a public offense, bring them before a district judge, and prosecute the case as well as possible. It is a narrow rule about the sheriff's job.
