State fund for organ and tissue education
This section creates a special state fund for organ and tissue education. Money collected under another law goes into this fund. The health department manages the fund and uses it only for public education about organ, tissue, and eye donation.

There is established in the state treasury the Hawaii organ and tissue education special fund. Moneys collected under section 286-109.7 shall be deposited into the fund. The fund shall be administered and distributed by the department of health and shall be used exclusively for public education programs and activities on organ, tissue, and eye donation.
