Annual report to the legislature

The department must send a yearly report to the legislature before each regular session starts. The report must cover how the law is working and any problems, plus any proposed new laws.

The department shall submit to the legislature an annual report no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session. The report shall include but not be limited to: (1) An annual analysis of the implementation of this chapter, including any implementation problems; and (2) Any proposed legislation.
