Medical cannabis use is exempt from some pharmacy rules
This section says that people using cannabis for medical reasons under this part do not need a prescription or a pharmacy license. It overrides other laws that would normally require those things. This applies only to medical use allowed by this part.

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the prescription requirements of section 329-38 and the board of pharmacy licensure or regulatory requirements under chapter 461 shall not apply to the medical use of cannabis under this part.
