Commission must report to the governor each January

The commission must write a report about what it did in the past fiscal year and its ideas for new laws. It gives this report to the governor every January. The governor then gives copies to the legislature.

The commission shall prepare and present to the governor in the month of January in each year a report respecting its actions during the preceding fiscal year, together with its recommendations respecting legislation, copies of which reports shall be furnished by the governor to the legislature.
