State services for people with developmental disabilities

The state department must create and run a system of community services for people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. This system can plan, run, coordinate, and check these services. It does not cover the Waimano training school and hospital.

The department shall develop and administer a community service delivery system which may design, implement, administer, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the programs and services of the department for persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities other than the operations and management of Waimano training school and hospital.
