How to challenge a permit decision in court

This section lets the person who applied for a permit and anyone who gave public comments ask a court to review the final decision on that permit. It is an extra way to get a court review, on top of any other review that may already be available.

The statute, as written — Judicial review

The applicant and any person who participated in the public comment process may obtain judicial review in [environmental court] of the final action on a permit issuance or renewal. This is in addition to judicial review otherwise available.
