Courts may prioritize cases under this law

This section says that courts can choose to give priority to cases brought under this chapter or its rules. It gives judges the discretion to move these cases ahead in the court schedule. This is a procedural rule about court case management.

The statute, as written — Priority in courts

All actions brought pursuant to this chapter or pursuant to the rules adopted under this chapter shall in the discretion of the court receive priority in the courts of the State.
