Counties must submit waste management plans

Each county must send a solid waste management plan to the state office by a set date. The plan must be officially approved by the county and follow the rules in this chapter.

By January 1, 1993, each county shall submit to the office an integrated solid waste management plan that has been formally adopted by the county and that is consistent with the requirements of this chapter.
