If you break any part of this chapter or its rules, you can be fined up to $10,000 for each separate violation. Each day a violation continues counts as a new violation. The fine can be enforced through administrative, civil, or criminal actions.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $10,000 for each separate offense. Each day of each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any action taken to impose or collect the penalty provided for in this section shall be made through administrative, civil, or criminal actions.
