Priority in courts

This section says that lawsuits brought under this chapter, its rules, or its permits may be given priority by the court. It does not create any new rights or duties. It simply allows courts to handle these cases sooner if they choose.

The statute, as written — Priority in courts

All actions brought pursuant to this chapter or pursuant to the rules adopted under this chapter or pursuant to the conditions of a permit issued under this chapter shall in the discretion of the court receive priority in the courts of the State.
