The Department of Health is in charge of making sure people follow this part of the law. Its authorized workers can give warnings, citations, or orders, or take someone to court for not following the rules.

The department of health shall enforce this part. Authorized employees of the department may issue warnings, citations, or administrative orders, or commence civil action in circuit environmental court against persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this part.
