HRS §342J-33

Rules for companies that move hazardous waste

The state's environmental director can make rules for hazardous waste transporters. These rules may cover getting an ID number, labeling, safe transport, cleanup if waste spills, using the manifest, and reporting. The section only allows the director to set these rules; it does not list the rules themselves.
