Contracts for helping people return to their homeland

The director can make agreements with private, nonprofit groups to help a qualified person travel back to their homeland to live there permanently. This section only allows these contracts; it does not set rules for who qualifies or how the help works.

The director may enter into contracts with private, nonprofit organizations for the purpose of providing transportation assistance to a qualified person who desires to return to the qualified person's homeland in order to establish and maintain a permanent residence there.
