Failure to comply with court orders

If someone does not follow a court order made under this part of the law, the court can punish them for contempt and use any other legal tools available. This section is about what happens when a court order is ignored.

The court may apply contempt of court provisions and all other provisions available under the law if a party fails to comply with the terms and conditions of any order issued under this part.
