Council meetings and voting rules

The Hawaii interagency council on homelessness must meet at least four times a year, and can meet more often if needed. A majority of its members must be present to make decisions or take official actions.

The statute, as written — Meetings; quorum

(a) The Hawaii interagency council on homelessness shall meet quarterly, or more frequently as it deems necessary. (b) A majority of the members of the Hawaii interagency council on homelessness shall constitute a quorum to do business and to validate any decision or act of the council.
