Federal workers can get rehabilitation services

This section says that federal employees who become disabled while doing their job can get the same rehabilitation services as other people in the state plan. They are treated just like anyone else.

Rehabilitation services provided under the state plan shall be available to any civil employee of the United States disabled while in the performance of the employee's duty, on the same terms and conditions as apply to other persons.
