Recreation and work programs for people in facilities

The director must give people who are committed to the facilities a chance to take part in recreation. The director must also set up work programs, which can include farming, sewing, plant nursery, and animal husbandry.

The statute, as written — Recreational and program activities

The director shall provide the opportunity for the recreation of those persons committed to the facilities. Work programs for such persons shall be established and may include farming, sewing, plant nursery, and animal husbandry.
