Setting up temporary correctional facilities

The prison director can create temporary correctional facilities for specific projects or services, but only with the governor's approval first. These facilities must be shut down when the project ends.

The director, with the prior approval of the governor, may establish, from time to time, temporary correctional facilities, if required in conjunction with projects or specialized service authorized by law. The temporary facilities shall be discontinued upon termination of the project.
