Appeals

This section says that if you lose a case in circuit court under this housing law, you can appeal the final decision to a higher court. You must follow the court rules for how to file the appeal.

The statute, as written — Appeals

An aggrieved party may secure a review of any final judgement of the circuit court under this subpart by appeal to the appellate courts, subject to chapter 602. The appeal shall be taken in the manner provided in the rules of court.
