HRS §356D-95

Posting eviction papers when the tenant can't be served

This section covers what happens when a tenant cannot be personally served with an eviction order. The housing authority can order the officer to post a certified copy on the property instead. This is a narrow procedural rule about how eviction papers can be delivered.
