Annual reports on special fund spending

Every year, each state department must send the legislature a report about each of its non-general funds. The report must include budget details by cost element and the fund names and account codes for each item. This is a reporting requirement for departments.

No later than October 1 annually, each department shall submit to the legislature a report for each non-general fund under its control that shall include but not be limited to the following: (1) Budget details by cost element; and (2) Non-general fund names and account codes for each item or object code.
