HRS §377-8

Unfair labor practices by any person

This section says it is an unfair labor practice for anyone to do or cause any act that is already banned by sections 377-6 and 377-7, if done for or against employers or employees, or to influence a labor dispute. It does not add new rules, just makes those earlier bans apply to anyone acting in such a dispute.
