Effect on employment agreements and benefits

This section says that if your employment agreement, union contract, or benefits plan gives you more rights or benefits than the state law, the state law does not override it. Your better deal stays in effect.

Nothing in this part shall be construed to supersede any provision of any employment agreement, collective bargaining agreement, or employment benefits program or plan that provides greater benefits or rights than those benefits or rights established under section 378-72.
