How much unemployment money you can get in a year

This section sets the most you can receive in unemployment benefits during one benefit year. It is simply 26 times your weekly benefit amount. No other rules or exceptions are given here.

The maximum potential benefits of an eligible individual in a benefit year shall be twenty-six times the eligible individual's weekly benefit amount.
