How to deliver papers to the labor department

This section says that when the law requires giving a document to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, you can give it to the department's director or to someone the director has chosen to accept it.

Whenever it is provided herein that any service shall be made upon the department of labor and industrial relations, such service may be made upon the director of labor and industrial relations or upon such representative as the director may have designated for that purpose.
