How to challenge unemployment benefit decisions

The procedure with respect to the determinations and redeterminations of claims for additional unemployment benefits and with respect to appeals from such determination and redeterminations and with respect to judicial review of decisions on such appeals shall be governed by sections 383-33 to 383-41.
