How parties are told about a reconsideration

When a claim is reconsidered, the people involved must be told quickly. The notice can be handed to them or mailed to their last known address. This section only covers how the notice is given.

The statute, as written — Notice of reconsideration

Notice of a reconsideration upon a claim shall be promptly given to the parties by delivery thereof or by mailing the notice to the last known address of each party.
