Enforcement by the director

The statute, as written — Enforcement by the director

The director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The director may appoint such assistants and such clerical, stenographic and other help as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of this chapter subject to any civil service act relating to state employees. The salaries of all the foregoing appointees and employees shall be as fixed by law. The director may adopt, amend, or repeal such rules and regulations as the director deems necessary or suitable for the proper enforcement of this chapter.
