Employers can team up to offer health coverage

This section lets employers join together in groups to provide prepaid health care for their workers. They can do this with the approved health care providers in Hawaii. It is a short rule that only allows this kind of joint arrangement.

Employers may form associations for the purpose of jointly providing prepaid health care protection under this chapter for their employees with the contractors authorized to provide such coverage in the State.
