How the department checks if employers follow agreements

The department can look into whether an employer is following the terms of an agreement, settlement, order, or decision. If the employer is not following them, the department must take action allowed by this chapter.

The department may investigate whether the terms of an agreement, settlement, order, or decision are being complied with by the employer. If the employer is not in compliance, the department shall take appropriate action as provided under this chapter.
